This beauty shop made me lose my hair

HAIR is a woman’s crowning glory, but some beauty shops do not seem to appreciate this fact. They employ sales executives who cannot differentiate between a neutralising shampoo and leave-in treatment. Some even stock products whose expiry dates they cannot establish.

One such example is a famous outlet on Pioneer Mall. Recently, I bought from them a hair relaxer kit. When I went to the sink to wash out the relaxer, my hair fell out in big clumps. When I took the empty container to experts, they immediately told me that the kit was expired. Other containers of the same kit are still on the shelf in this beauty shop. All of them have no expiry and manufacturing dates.

These people seem to care more about sales than serving the unsuspecting loyal customers. I did not only lose my hair that I had grown for over two years, but I am also nursing a very itchy scalp and my hair continues to fall off.

Can’t I sue these people for ruining my crowning glory and for the distress?
