Colombia crowned Miss America Tourism | Globalism
Miss Hazel Daniela Zúñiga, representing Colombia in the final of the 31st edition of the Miss World Tourism 2022 contest held in Vinh Phuc, Vietnam, has won the title of Miss Tourism Americas.
Miss Tourism Asia 2022 was awarded to Pakinee Duangpattra from Thailand, Miss Tourism Africa 2022 was awarded Emmanuella Apuri from Ghana and Duygu Cerit from Turkey won the title of Miss Tourism Europe 2022. (Also read: Batteries! Man Cartagena opens its registrations for 2023)
This competition, in which more than 40 countries participated, was born in 1991. Its founder is John Singh, Chairman of the Board, and its mission is to promote each of the candidate countries. They work alongside governments, ministries of tourism and business to highlight the profile and value each country has to offer to the world.
Hazel Daniela Zúñiga, born in Quindio, in the middle of the coffee region, grew up in Bogota, where she began her modeling career at the age of 13 thanks to her height of 176 cm. This work allowed her to be introduced to Colombia. And her people, beauty rivalry prevails being Miss Teen Quindio and then Miss Teen Universe who represented Colombia in 2012 in Guatemala and Miss Planet Colombia in Uganda.
He is a professional in Marketing and International Business from Sergio Arboleda University in Bogota, from which he graduated with magna cum laude.
Hazel Daniela leads a new alliance of national brands to present to the world the Tricolor Colombia, full of magical realism, representing the ethno-cultural pluralism of our country with its lands.
