Fashion Nova, a global fast-fashion brand, boasts having the interests of women at heart. Richard Saghian, the founder and CEO, confirmed this in a statement where he said, “At Fashion Nova, women empowerment and ongoing advocacy for diversity and inclusion have always been part of our guiding principles.”

In March, historically recognized as Women’s History Month, this fashion giant teamed up with a Grammy award winner Megan Thee Stallion to run a female empowerment initiative dubbed Women on Top.

This initiative focused on supporting women-based, led, and founded institutions, foundations, and organizations, not forgetting women entrepreneurs doing great things. The support was to be extended to the recipients in grants, donations, and scholarships of $25,000 or more

In support of this drive, Megan said, “These donations are life changing and will help women of all ages get one step closer to making their dreams a reality.”

Among the lucky women-entrepreneurs was Houston-based esthetician Queenitra Jones, who runs a small skincare business known as Glowing Goddess by Queenie. This business received donations to the tune of $25,000.

Queenitra, through her business, focuses primarily on handmade skincare and beauty products like body butters and soaps perfect for everyday use. In addition, this skincare enthusiast finds joy teaching her clients how to achieve glowing skin through tips and tutorials on her Instagram account and website’s blog.

Fashion Nova affirmed this donation through a tweet, “Our Women On Top recipient is Glowing Goddess By Queenie vegan skincare, a small business powered by the big dreams of Houston-based esthetician Queenitra Jones.”
