He became the first contestant to be voted Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here! Sunday night.

Hours after his ouster – which saw him get kicked out of his seat into a swamp – Jack Weeden shared his feelings about the show on Instagram.

In a touching post, the 24-year-old said the experience was “very wild and beautiful”.

‘Going to I’m a Celebrity, I wanted to give all the experience I had. I was ready to step out of my comfort zone and was excited for Australia to get to know me for me, former Australia winner Got Talent wrote.

This was a very wild and beautiful experience … I’ve made some amazing friends all my life and I’m forever grateful!

To everyone who watched the show, thank you so much for all the love and support! Excited for this next year.

Jack’s elimination came as he celebrated his 24th birthday on Sunday, celebrating the special day with a glass of wine while watching his final episode.

In an interview with The Daily TelegraphJack said that spending two weeks in the woods made him want to continue working on himself.

I have a lot of work to do. I really like my place. I love the people in my life and I am learning to love myself.

Before filming the reality show in rural NSW in November, Jack reportedly spent some time at a rehab clinic for substance abuse issues.

On Sunday’s episode, Jack, Ash Williams and Travis Farco confront each other in a “Hell Hole of Destiny” competition, where they had to guess how many mice were stored in a mysterious box.

Jack gave the most incorrect answers and was disqualified from the competition.

The singer was only allowed a quick farewell before being kicked out of his seat into a swamp.
